Elizabeth Christine (Chris) Clearwater

September 11, 1936 – February 26, 2008

It is with deep sadness that we announce the untimely death of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother.  She leaves behind her husband Floyd of 42 years, her son Melvin and wife Nancy, son Brian and wife Marlene, daughter Hughena, son David, and daughter Barbara and husband Bob Wood.  She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, Patrick, Amanda, Micheal, Trevor, James (Matthew), David, Ashley, Richard, Brandon, and Emma.  Mom was born in Miami, Manitoba.  Mom was predeceased by her mother Annie in 1980 and her father-in-law George in 1988.  Mom’s favorite hobbies were bingo and camping.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Doyle’s Funeral Chapel, Carman, with Pastor Dale Warkentin officiating.  Interment will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery, Carman.
